Job Overview
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented student who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Business Management to join our team as an Administrative Office Assistant Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in a variety of administrative tasks and provides exposure to day-to-day operations within the department. Interns will work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. While the internship typically lasts three months, there is potential for extension based on a 90-day performance evaluation.

Duties / Responsibilities
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform routine filing and document organization
• Scan physical documents
• Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
• Search files, databases or reference materials to obtain needed information
• Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills / Abilities

• Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (20-25 hours per week)
• Ability to use basic computer programs such as Mircosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with accuracy
• Able to use basic office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and computers
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Able to understand information presented

Experience

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Business Management, or related degrees.

Pay Offered / Benefits

• $17.50 per hour
