We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-10 years of experience to support SD, DD, and CD for commercial projects. This person should have a knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration, and have a strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination. Candidates should have experience working on commercial ground up projects.

Job Duties:
+ Manage, review, and produce SD, DD and CD documents for projects of varying sizes/types
+ Perform construction administration duties
+ Participate in setting office graphic and construction standard(s)
+ Influence and help guide the firm culture
Qualifications:
+ NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
+ Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer in a firm
+ Strong knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration
+ Strong knowledge of the commercial construction, zoning and building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
+ Strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination
+ Strong knowledge and experience in Revit
+ Competence with AutoCAD, Sketchup
+ Hand drawing skills, Lumion and BIM experience and AutoCAD experience is a plus
+ Experience or interest in supporting marketing (RFP, RFQ, presentations, etc.) efforts is a plus
+ Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Environment: This company is based in Downtown Denver. They are a small firm that focuses on PK-12 schools, master plans, and commercial projects. They primarily like to focus on work that serves the community.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
