Business System Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
Analyze Data and Processes: Bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify business needs, design solutions, and implement strategies that align with healthcare regulations
Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of healthcare data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Project Management: Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycles, including user acceptance testing and training
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to elicit requirements and set goals for change management
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and SDLC methodologies
Must have skills:
Business system analysis
Healthcare payer experience
Capitation sub-domain experience
SQL knowledge
Good communication and documentation skills
