Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our multidisciplinary UX team, which drives the user experience for both customer and employee-facing applications. In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior UX Designer to create and manage content for our employee-facing customer service tools. You will gain valuable experience in understanding business requirements, conducting user research, and working with product teams to deliver clear, consistent, and customer-focused content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies to ensure relevant and contextual content delivery.
• Collaborate on content roadmaps and conduct content audits.
• Establish and maintain operational processes and procedures for managing content requests and delivery.
• Lead content governance and implement best practices at an enterprise level.
• Work with product stakeholders to optimize messaging and ensure successful content delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on content strategy best practices.
• Create documentation tailored to user groups to define tone and voice.
• Deliver artifacts such as scripts, content strategies, knowledge base articles, and embedded product content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience creating and executing digital content strategies across multiple channels.
• Extensive experience in planning and developing useful, usable content, including instructional text, error and confirmation messages, taxonomy, and SEO.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing.
• Experience using content management or knowledge management systems and agent-facing applications.
• Experience with technical projects involving AI/machine learning.
• Travel industry experience.

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills for digital channels.
• Proven track record of collaboration across product and UX teams.
• Passion for creating great digital user experiences with actionable knowledge of the digital landscape.
• Advocacy for effective, user-friendly communication and consistent messaging across multiple channels.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to align and input on content needs.

Pay Range: $55 - $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
