Attorney Position – Criminal– Tallahassee

The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel has an opening in the Tallahassee office location for an Attorney or a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) handling criminal cases in Leon and surrounding counties in the 2nd Circuit. Salary commensurate with experience. Resume and cover letter are encouraged.

Qualifications

 

For Attorney Candidates:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills

 

For CLI Candidates:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
  • Eligible for CLI certification under Florida rules
  • Demonstrated interest in Criminal Law
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
