Job Description

Role Overview - Dining Room Attendant

As a Dining Room Attendant at Chick-fil-A New Philadelphia, you help create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. Your role is all about hospitality — caring for guests, keeping our dining room clean and inviting, and supporting the team with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Role Type: Part-time or Full-Time

Reports To: Shift Leader

Availability Requirements

  • Minors (15–17):  Available at least one weeknight  plus Friday & Saturday
  • Full-Time: 35–45 hours/week, must be available for  at least 4 opens/closes per week
  • Part-Time: 15–25 hours/week, must be available for  at least 3 opens/closes per week
  • Shift Windows: Day 5 AM –5 PM | Night 2 PM –11 PM
  • Flexibility: Schedules may vary to support the team during peak times
  • Compliance: All schedules follow labor laws for minors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and genuine kindness
  • Keep the dining room clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
  • Assist guests with refills, high chairs, condiments, and special needs
  • Maintain clean restrooms and lobby areas throughout the day
  • Support families, elderly guests, and those who need an extra hand
  • Work with the FOH team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow Chick-fil-A cleanliness and hospitality standards
  • Bring positive energy to every interaction
