What your day will look like: - Analyze problems and deficiencies, then develop effective solutions

• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate process designs
• Create detailed plans and designs using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor)
• Estimate project budgets and timelines
• Prepare clear technical documentation for machine operators
• Collaborate with project managers and manufacturing teams to enhance process performance, including scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and operational improvements
• Partner with vendors to assess potential equipment and tooling
• Establish and oversee maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules, and material supply for machines and equipment
• Coordinate tool repairs and maintenance as needed

What we are looking for: - Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including industrial motor controls, machine control panel wiring, and knowledge of PLCs

• Solid mechanical aptitude with exposure to air, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred

• Machining and fabrication experience is a plus; CAD experience highly beneficial
