We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events in the Austin area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments. The successful candidate will assist with event coordination, promotional activities, and brand representation while contributing to the overall success of each campaign.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and campaigns
Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics
Engage professionally with attendees to deliver a positive brand experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives are met
Help maintain organized records, materials, and promotional assets
Represent the company and partner brands with professionalism at all times
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
Comfortable working on-site and interacting with diverse audiences
