Description

The Marketing Campaigns & Email Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing and email campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple segments of the organization. This role collaborates with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality, timely campaigns across email, digital, and social channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and eager to grow their skills in email marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing performance reporting over time.

Position Description: 

  • Execute and support integrated marketing and email campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligned with corporate and workforce business priorities
  • Serve as a key contributor to email marketing efforts, including building emails, managing schedules, coordinating approvals, and assisting with copy, design, and layout
  • Manage list segmentation and audience cohorts to ensure targeted, relevant messaging and improved campaign performance
  • Act as a coordinator for email campaigns, helping manage timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules
  • Support outreach efforts through email marketing channels to increase brand visibility and communicate the company’s value and mission
  • Draft and schedule social media content to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including campaign follow-ups, event and tradeshow support, referral outreach, and initial business development touchpoints
  • Assist with day-to-day CRM and marketing platform activities, including list management, data accuracy, and campaign setup
  • Support the development and maintenance of campaign reports and dashboards over time, tracking engagement metrics and identifying performance trends
  • Assist with the creation, organization, and distribution of sales enablement and campaign support materials
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including assisting with basic design updates or creation of sponsorship ads, marketing flyers, and social media graphics to ensure continuity of coverage and timely delivery
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor offerings, and marketing best practices

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns, email marketing, or sales and marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email marketing and campaign execution; experience with Marketo or Pardot considered a strong substitute
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to support segmentation, reporting, and campaign coordination
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, marketing automation concepts, and lifecycle or cohort-based messaging
  • Exposure to marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as HubSpot reporting, Salesforce dashboards, or Google Analytics, with interest in developing reporting skills over time
  • Proficiency with creative tools including Canva or Figma, and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for light design support and asset updates
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and marketing best practices
  • Experience supporting marketing or business development initiatives in healthcare is a plus
