Summary of Responsibilities

The Performance Analyst will assist in execution of the strategy and optimization of business intelligence solutions across the organization. This role focuses on utilizing Power BI to provide actionable insights, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Power BI, a deep understanding of analytics, and a passion for innovation and operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with operations, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within BI platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prioritize and deliver BI projects.

· Integrate multiple data sources, including property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or OneSite, into BI tools.

• Identify and resolve data-related challenges to ensure scalability and flexibility of solutions.
• Deliver insights into operational performance, revenue trends, and key metrics.

• Drive automation in data collection, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Maintain business intelligence data points representing key metrics within various reporting trackers including following up on data gaps

• Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including DAX, Power Query, data warehousing, dashboard visualization and data modeling.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, API, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
• Sensitivity to confidential information and strong attention to detail.

Scheduling

• Required to maintain a regular schedule, which may include working outside business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays.

· Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days worked in office.

• Ability to travel (10%).

Environment

• Exposure to a typical office environment.
