We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media execution, testing, and performance optimization across our primary acquisition channels. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing campaigns day to day, driving structured testing, improving funnel performance, and ensuring paid media works in close alignment with CRM, content, and agency partners.

This is not a strategy-only or coordination role. You will be active in the platforms daily and accountable for performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media and Performance Channel Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of paid media across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, and display networks
  • Oversee display campaign execution and performance, working closely with agency partners
  • Own the performance side of the affiliate program, including platform management, reporting, lead reconciliation, and ROI analysis within Awin
  • Manage budgets, bidding, pacing, and performance against efficiency and growth targets

Agency Collaboration

o Work closely with external agencies to execute, optimize, and scale paid media and display campaigns

o Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and priorities to agency partners

o Support ongoing evaluation of agency performance and opportunities for improvement

  • Testing and Optimization
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, messaging, and offers
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear actions and improvements
  • Continuously optimize toward core KPIs including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
  • Funnel and Conversion Optimization
  • Identify friction and drop-off points across the funnel from first touch through booking
  • Partner with CRO, web, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and booking flows
  • Support experimentation to improve conversion and efficiency at each funnel stage

Cross-Channel Integration

  • Work closely with CRM and lifecycle marketing teams to align paid media with email, SMS, and remarketing efforts
  • Ensure paid traffic is properly segmented, tagged, and activated within CRM workflows
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to brief, iterate, and improve performance-driven assets
  • Reporting and Insights
  • Own performance reporting and dashboards across paid media, display, and affiliate channels
  • Clearly communicate what is working, what is not, and recommended next steps
  • Use data to inform creative direction, budget allocation, and channel prioritization
  • Creative Collaboration and Performance Feedback
  • Partner closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop and iterate on performance-driven ad creative
  • Provide clear, data-informed creative direction and feedback based on platform performance
  • Apply platform-specific creative best practices across paid search, paid social, and display
  • Use creative testing insights to inform messaging, formats, and asset prioritization

What we are looking for:

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid media execution and optimization

· Strong experience managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager

· Experience working with display networks and affiliate platforms such as Awin

· Strong understanding of performance-driven creative, including platform-specific formats, messaging, and testing best practices, with experience collaborating closely with creative teams or agencies

· Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and pacing spend against performance targets

· Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and conversion optimization

· Experience working closely with CRM or lifecycle marketing teams

· Strong working knowledge of GA4 and platform-level analytics

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
