Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.  **Patient Population:** ICU Float Pool floats to CTICU, ECMO, MICU, NEURO ICU, TRAUMA ICU **Patient Ratios:**  Vary by unit **Unit selling points:** Float Pool is supportive and encouraging. They love their staff to flourish, grow, develop, and take on new tasks.
