TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Madison Avenue in New York. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
• Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Work towards company standards and goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Madison Avenue store with an immediate start.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $20-25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience
