Modality :Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Multiple school sites (Middle & HighSchool)
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Pay Range: $45
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) works underthe supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech andlanguage services to students. Responsibilities include clinical support,documentation, and treatment activities within the assigned plan of care.
Minimum Requirements
+ Graduate of an SLPA program with an associate's degree OR bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders
+ Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
+ Current SLPA certification or licensure in the state of practice
+ Compliance with all professional standards and state/federal requirements
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Preferred: One year of prior SLPA experience
Additional Details
+ Caseload will be discussed during the interview
+ Work alongside an SLP across multiple school sites
+ Please note: Pay range represents a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors
