We’re looking for reliable, caring, and professional CNAs or Caregivers to join our team in Howard County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. * Help with mobility and safe transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle, etc.). * Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. * Light housekeeping: laundry, bed-making, cleaning, organizing. * Provide companionship, emotional support, and conversation. * Escort or transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities (if required). * Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisor or nurse. * Medication reminders and following care plan instructions. * Keep accurate documentation and maintain professionalism. * Be punctual, dependable, and reliable for all scheduled shifts. Requirements: * Valid CNA license in Maryland or caregiver experience (if applying as a non-CNA). * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. * Clear TB test results (recent or within required timeframe). * Must pass a background check and drug screen. * Proof of liability insurance if required for client transport. * Ability to travel within Howard County and nearby areas. * Responsible, dependable, and able to provide compassionate care.
