About the Position:

Me 2 You Career Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Medical Assistant Instructors to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in medical assisting and a commitment to teaching and mentoring students as they prepare for rewarding careers in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training in medical assisting (clinical and administrative procedures).
• Develop and update curriculum and lesson plans to meet current industry and certification standards.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, practical assessments, and assignments.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to ensure student success.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative classroom environment.
• Stay current with medical assisting trends and incorporate new knowledge into instruction.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and student recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication , organizational , and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
• Strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
