Johns Agency LLC is hiring a relentless, performance-driven Property & Casualty insurance professional ready to scale their earnings fast. If you’re tired of low ceilings, slow growth, and “same-old” agency culture — this is your pivot.

What We Offer:

• Performance-Tied Base Pay (W-2).
• Earn $2,500/month plus bonus when you hit targeted production.
• If you can write business, this model accelerates your income — it doesn’t cap it.

Real Training & Mentorship:
You won’t be thrown a script and left alone — you get coaching, tools, and accountable leadership.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed P&C agent — Georgia resident only.
• Disciplined, coachable, and driven to win (not to clock-watch).
• In office position- no remote. Unless, you will train in office and become a master in the quoting online process.

What You’ll Do: Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies to AAA members in GA & TN.

• Work provided leads + outbound follow-ups — ~70+ calls daily (≈3 hours/ 8 hour day).
• Collect/review dec pages to sell based on real needs — not guessing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver a member-first experience.
• Stay current on product offerings and industry compliance.

Compensation Snapshot:

• W-2 Base: $2,500/month + bonus potential.
• Base tied to hitting $30,000 monthly premium.
